When will Cherryz stop taking orders?

We’re no longer accepting new orders, but all open orders are being processed.

I made an order recently, will I still receive it?

Yes – any existing orders are being processed and sent out.

What happens to the Delivery Pass I’ve paid for?

You’ll receive a refund for the remaining period on your Delivery Pass.

I’m an affiliate – what happens to the commission I’ve earned?

Commission will be paid out as per the usual schedule.

I want to return a recent Cherryz order – can I still do this?

Yes – we are still honouring our standard returns policy.
