1. What is Cherryz all about?

At Cherryz, it’s our mission to make shopping the little things in life fun. We’re striving to offer a unique and ever-evolving mix of products; from kids’ toys, pet supplies and seasonal items to tasty foods, household goods and home decor. We combine our own designs with trusted brands and cherry-picked goodies from around the world.

While seemingly unrelated, everything on Cherryz is carefully curated to bring moments of happiness to you and your loved ones. With every scroll, our discovery engine takes you further along your personal treasure hunt for more things that you’ll love.

And as the cherry on the top, our prices are reliably affordable, so Cherryz really does have something for everyone!

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer bank-level security and accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal.

3. Is there a minimum order spend?

Our order minimum is £10 in order to keep our products affordable and our delivery fast.

4. What are the delivery options?

Every box is dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the UK and sent directly to your door via Royal Mail or Hermes. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is on its way, then the countdown to fun can begin!

Standard: £3 – Your order will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Next Day: £6 – Order before 3pm Monday to Friday.

5. How does your Delivery Pass work?

If you thought you couldn’t possibly save any more with Cherryz, allow us to introduce our Delivery Pass. For just £1/month billed annually, you’ll get unlimited standard deliveries on all orders, perfect for stocking up on all your go-to goodies.

Let’s get to the nitty gritty

– Thinking “where do I sign up”? Simply head to the ‘Manage Delivery Pass’ section on the app or start your membership at checkout.

– You can cancel any time, we won’t ask questions.

– You will automatically be charged a £12 yearly membership fee.

– The Delivery Pass is valid on standard delivery for all orders. Not applicable for next day delivery.

– If our terms have changed since you became a Delivery Pass member, the terms at the time of sign up will be honoured.

6. Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes – we deliver to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles.

7. Does Cherryz ship worldwide?

No, we don’t ship worldwide, only to UK addresses. Watch this space!

8. I’ve just placed an order but made a mistake. Can I still edit my order or change the delivery address?

For queries about your order or anything else, please get in touch here. Please note that some orders are sent out shortly after placement and it may not always be possible to edit or cancel.

9. It’s been more than 5 days, why has my order not arrived yet?

If you are still waiting for your goodies to be delivered after 5 days and you haven’t received a card, please get in touch here and we will do our best to track it down.

10. What if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

Don’t worry! Your delivery driver will leave a card and your parcel will either be available for collection at your local delivery office or depot.

If your parcel is with Royal Mail, it will be available for collection at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Delivery Office the next day they open. You can also arrange a free redelivery on a day of your choice! Simply visit and enter your details.

If your parcel is with Hermes, they will attempt delivery three times before taking it to the local depot for collection.

11. How can I return my items?

Under our 100% satisfaction or money-back guarantee you have 30 days to change your mind after you receive your delivery. Please note that in most cases you will be responsible for any postage costs for returning items. Please refer to our terms of supply for more details or just get in touch here and we’ll help you set everything up.

12. Where can I leave a review?

13. I have a voucher code, how can I redeem it? 

When you get to our checkout page, click on ‘Click here to enter your code’ and enter your coupon code – your discount will be applied immediately! Please note it is only possible to use one discount code per order.

14. How can I start earning with referrals? 

Once you order with Cherryz, you can start earning Cherryz Cash to spend on future orders! Every time you refer a new friend, you’ll both get £5. If that’s not a win-win situation we don’t know what is!

How does it work?

1 – Go to the ‘Refer a friend’ section in the app and invite anyone who hasn’t shopped with us yet.

2 – New customers following your invite link get £5 off their first £15 order (excluding delivery).

3 – You receive £5 Cherryz Cash as soon as their first order is dispatched.

15. How does your loyalty programme work? 

The best things in life are free. That’s why we are rewarding loyal customers (like you!) with cherries on every single order. Collect enough cherries, and you’ll be able to redeem them for exciting goodies in the Rewards section of the app.

That’s right, you can get treats for absolutely nada, zilch, diddly-squat. It’s almost too good to be true, but we’re for real!

Here’s how to get started

1 – Cherry-pick your favourite products and get shopping!

2 – Start collecting cherries straight away. £1 spent = 2 cherries earned.

3 – Once you have enough cherries, redeem them for goodies in the Freebies section of the app.

4 – Keep your eyes peeled for exclusive flash offers that could bag you extra cherries!

Now for the boring (but important) stuff

– Cherries will appear in your balance as soon as your order is processed.

– Freebies can only be added to your box if you have enough cherries.

– You cannot earn cherries from the cost of delivery fees.

– If your order is fully or partially refunded, then any cherries earned from this order will be adjusted to reflect this.

– If a Freebies item purchased with cherries is refunded, the balance will be restored as cherries, not as cash.

– Freebies in your box do not count towards the £10 minimum order value.

– Cherries can be earned on all orders, but can only be viewed and redeemed in the Freebies section of the app.

– Cherries may be redeemed in addition to coupons or Cherryz cash.

16. What is Team Buying?

Everything’s better with friends right? Including shopping at Cherryz! With our nifty Team Buying feature, you can get up to 10% of your order back as Cherryz Cash when you shop as a team. In the app, create your team with at least one other Cherryz member and give yourselves a team name (unfortunately there aren’t extra discounts for the best team names but don’t let that stop you).

Once your team is all set, it’s time to start shopping. Shop your favourite Cherryz goodies and check out as normal. As soon as your order’s gone through, a 48-hour countdown begins. If multiple team members make an order within the 48 hours, you’ll all earn up to 10% of your respective orders back as Cherryz Cash. Teamwork makes the dream work!

17. Is there a maximum number of people I can add to my Team Buying team?

Yes – create a team with up to 50 people and watch the Cherryz Cash come rolling in.

18. How many team members need to order to claim Cherryz Cash?

The more team members that order within the 48 hours, the more Cherryz Cash you’ll earn. If two to five people order, you’ll all get 5% of your order back as Cherryz Cash. If six to nine people order, it goes up to 7.5%, and if 10 or more people in your team order within 48 hours you’ll get an exciting 10% back as Cherryz Cash.

19. Is Team Buying available on the Cherryz website?

Team Buying is currently only available when shopping on the app, but we’ll let you know if this changes in the future.

20. I’ve shopped with Cherryz before. Can I sign up with a different email address to get referral credit or start a new Delivery Pass free trial?
