1. What’s Cherryz all about?

Cherryz is the go-to shopping app to save money on your favourite household brands and discover something new every time you shop. From those vital cleaning essentials to super stylish homeware, we deliver your goodies straight to your door. Wave goodbye to heavy bags and long trips to the supermarket, and hello to Cherryz.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3. Is there a minimum order spend?

Yes, the minimum spend is just £10.

4. What are the delivery options?

We offer three delivery options:

  • Standard delivery: £3 and takes 2 to 3 working days once dispatched.
  • Next day delivery: £5. Order before 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery Pass: £1/month billed annually for unlimited delivery for the year.

Please note: The cut off for Christmas delivery 2022 is Saturday 17th December at 5pm. Complete your order before the cut off to get your order before Christmas.

The following postcodes aren’t eligible for next day delivery:

  • Scotland postcodes: AB23, AB31 to AB33, AB35, AB37, AB38, AB39, AB41, AB42, AB43, AB44, AB45, AB51, AB52, AB53, AB54, AB55, AB56, DD4, DD9, DG13, DG9, EH34, EH36, EH41, FK17 to FK21, G83, HS1 to HS9, IV1 to IV99, KA16, KA27, KA28, KW1 to KW17, PA2 to PA80, PH9, PH10, PH15 to PH50, ZE1 to ZE3
  • UK mainland postcodes: BN1, CA6, CA8, CB4, CV35, CV8, IP11, LN5, LN6, NE66, NE67, NE69 to NE71, NR7, OX18, RH6, RH10, RH11, TW18, TW19
  • England/Scotland border postcodes: TD2 to TD15
  • All postcodes for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man.

Customers in the Channel Islands will be liable for any excise duties on alcohol products.

5. How does your Delivery Pass work?

How it works is simple. Get unlimited free delivery for the whole year for just £1/month (billed annually). Stock up on all your go-to goodies fuss-free and experience the never-ending joy of good post days, time and time again. To get started, go to ‘Manage Delivery Pass’ on the app or choose ‘Delivery Pass’ at the checkout.

Your Delivery Pass pays for itself after just four orders – great value, right? We think so too. It’s immediately applied and automatically renews, so all you have to do is start filling your box with your favourite items. Why pay for delivery every time? Get your Delivery Pass to start saving on every single order.

6. Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) and the Scottish Isles. Just a heads up – at the moment we’re unable to deliver dangerous goods such as aerosols to any non-mainland UK postcode.

7. Does Cherryz ship worldwide?

No, we don’t ship worldwide, only to UK addresses. Watch this space!

8. I’ve placed an order but made a mistake, can I change my order or delivery address?

To add items to your order, get in touch within one hour of placing your order. We currently only allow this on the first time it happens. The same goes for changing your delivery address, but you have a full 24 hours to contact us.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we’re unable to cancel your order once it’s processing in our system. However, you can return your order once it arrives and get a full refund within 1 to 3 working days of it arriving back at our fulfilment centre.

10. It’s been more than five days, where’s my order?

Sorry your goodies are taking a little longer than expected! That’s certainly not how we usually do things around here. As Christmas is a busy time of year, please be prepared for a slightly longer wait time of up to 7 days. If you still don’t have your delivery after 7 days, please get in touch with your query and order number, a member of our customer care team will look into it and get back to you. In the meantime, keep an eye on your tracking number for updates.

11. What if I’m not at home when my parcel is delivered?

Don’t worry! Your postman will leave a card with instructions on what to do next. It’s worth checking your tracking for any updates – your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place. You can usually arrange a redelivery date too.

12. How can I return my items?

Return your items within 30 days to get a full refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover return delivery costs on most occasions. Please refer to our terms of supply for more details. 14. I have a voucher code, how can I redeem it?

At the checkout, look for ‘click here to enter your code’. Click it, enter your code into the box and hit ‘apply coupon code’. Your discount will be applied immediately. Remember you can only use one code per order.

21. I’ve shopped with Cherryz before. Can I sign up with a different email address to get referral credit or start a new Delivery Pass free trial?
